Terms & Conditions
Last updated: February 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of generatorsofnashville.com (the "Site") and any installation, service, financing referral, or consultation ("Services") provided by Evolution Electric LLC, operating as "Generators of Nashville" (the "Company", "we", "us"). By using the Site or requesting Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or engage us.
2. Who we are
Evolution Electric LLC is a Tennessee limited liability company operating as a licensed, bonded, and insured electrical contractor serving Middle Tennessee since 2014. Contact us at Support@generatorsofnashville.com or 615-961-5930.
3. Quotes, estimates, and pricing
- Quotes provided via the Site, phone, or on-site walkthrough are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after a licensed electrician inspects the property, utility service, panel, gas line, and permitting requirements.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing.
- All pricing is in U.S. dollars and excludes sales tax, permit fees, utility inspection charges, and third-party financing costs unless explicitly bundled.
4. Deposits, payment, and cancellation
- A deposit may be required to schedule work and to reserve equipment. Deposits are applied to the final invoice.
- Final payment is due upon completion and passing inspection unless a written financing agreement is in place.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled install date receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may forfeit up to 100% of the deposit to cover ordered equipment, permits pulled, and reserved crew time.
- Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Tennessee law, whichever is lower.
5. Workmanship warranty
We warrant our labor and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of installation. Manufacturer equipment (Generac, EcoFlow, Anker, Jackery, Solar inverters, etc.) is covered by the manufacturer's own warranty — we will assist you with any warranty claim at no charge during the first year.
The workmanship warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, acts of nature, power surges outside protection ratings, unauthorized modifications, or work performed by others after our installation.
6. Permits, inspections, and code compliance
We pull all electrical, mechanical, and gas permits required by your municipality and coordinate final inspections. All work is performed to current National Electrical Code (NEC) and Tennessee state requirements. Homeowner is responsible for HOA approvals where applicable.
7. Homeowner responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the property, panel capacity, and existing equipment.
- Ensure safe, clear access to the install location on the scheduled day.
- Maintain the installed system per the manufacturer's instructions (scheduled manufacturer service, battery firmware updates, etc.).
- Notify us promptly of any issue that may be covered by warranty.
8. Financing (Synchrony Bank)
Financing offers displayed on the Site are provided by Synchrony Bank, subject to credit approval. Terms, promotional periods, APR, and monthly payment illustrations are estimates only and are set by Synchrony — not by us. The actual terms you receive are determined by Synchrony after you apply. Minimum monthly payments may not pay off a promotional balance before the end of the promotional period.
9. Referral rewards
Our $250 referral reward is paid to the referring party by check after the referred customer's system is fully installed and paid in full. Referrals must be submitted through the Site referral form before the referred party's first consultation with us. Employees and contractors of Evolution Electric LLC are not eligible.
10. Communications & TCPA consent
By submitting a quote or referral form you consent to be contacted by us via phone, email, or text at the number and address provided regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; reply HELP for help. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
11. Site content and intellectual property
All logos, brand names, photography, copy, and design elements on the Site are owned by Evolution Electric LLC or licensed from third parties. Manufacturer brand names (Generac, EcoFlow, Anker, Jackery, Synchrony, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and appear only to describe compatible equipment.
12. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that Site content is error-free or that the Site will be uninterrupted. Any reliance on Site content — including load calculators, sizing quizzes, and payment estimators — is at your own risk. A licensed electrician's on-site assessment is required before any purchase decision.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolution Electric LLC's total liability arising out of the Site or Services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost data, or loss of use), even if advised of the possibility.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evolution Electric LLC, its owners, employees, and subcontractors from any claim, cost, or damage arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Davidson County, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking a mechanic's lien or injunctive relief in a Tennessee court where appropriate.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted to this page; continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance.
